Upon having TaylorMade IT undertake work on your device you understand and agree to the following;

1. This offer is only provided on the basis that the customer agrees to any additional charges for time that may be required to resolve their issue(s).
2. Any issues identified after the resolution of the intially diagnosed fault may not covered by this offer.
3. This offer is soley at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Yes and no! Our "Problem solved, Guaranteed" promise does extend to Virus & Malware removal and we are confident that we have the right tools and skills to clear even the toughest infections our customers may have, so we will always stand by our work. However the promise DOES NOT guarantee that any data present on your infected device is safe.

Whist we always take every possible precautionary step to ensure that our virus & malware removal does not cause any data loss, we simply cannot promise this won't occur and will ALWAYS recommend that a quality backup solution is always in place for any personal data that you do not want to lose.
